Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals are intact for full refunds, and include your printed RMA form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
